Football Season Snacks

Watching a game at a bar or at a buddies party can be a day where we pack
on tons of extra calories. Aim for light beer if you choose to drink. Avoid
cheesy platters and dips. Guacamole is okay, but remember you’re dipping
fried chips with it and it may pack on a ton of extra fats. Chop
vegetables for your “dippers” instead of chips or pretzels. Bake
cauliflower with wing sauce instead of chicken for a buffalo wing
alternative, or make mini pizzas on zucchini slices to replace the extra
carbohydrates!
